I'm no longer able to connect to the PBX remotely using MX Administrator

Starting with MX firmware 6.0.x a new port is required to use MX Admin from a remote location.  Adjust the firewall at your office to open port 7505 (TCP for both directions).

Another common problem is Admin's will try to use the LAN IP of the MX from a remote location. Be sure to use the Public IP address assigned to your MX when trying to connect remotely.
