A user will need at least 'limited' Admin rights to the MX Administrator module (see your administrator) to run reports.
The process for viewing and running reports are as follows:
- Launch the MX Admin
- Click on "File" and then "Reports"
You can then select a report from the top menu, complete the bottom section to identify the time frame for the report. When viewing the report list, you will notice for most reports there are two versions: Detail and Summary. The Summary report shows high level, period totals. While the Detail report breaks the total down by user, group, or other applicable detail.
