How do I stop a call tone to sound when a second call comes in on a Polycom IP phone?

Is it possible to disable the tone that comes through an active call when a second call is ringing to the phone?  I don't want to disable the second line, just the tone that comes along with it.


Answer: Yes, in the profile under advanced settings add the following line:

<call call.callWaiting.ring=”silent”/>
