After our upgrade I can't launch or log into MXIE using my Mac. How do I fix it?

To resolve MXIE issues on your MAC following an upgrade to a version above 7.0.2, please do the following:

Uninstall MXIE from your MAC
Reboot your MAC
Open your internet browser and browse to the IP address of your MX PBX
Download the new version of MXIE for MAC OS
Install the new MXIE
Log into MXIE using your ID, Password, and URL of your PBX

Problem should be solved.

Note: Starting with firmware version 7.0.2, MXIE for intel-based MACs is no longer supported as they were in older Zultys firmware.
